Tried to order food for my wife asking for the sliders to be plain and sauce on the side. Got to the house 35 mins away only to find the sliders with sauce on them. She said happens every time. Don't understand why the ones making the food can't read the screens but come on do better.
Not the best Zaxby's that I have been too. Portions weren't what we were used to from Zaxby's and service was ok.
this place has gone downhill and i sit at the counter while no worker asks me if i need anything. looked at my order sitting ready on the counter for 5 whole minutes while no one asked me what i needed. i hate how the all just avoid eye contact with you while doing other things, and while my order was ready just sitting there. they very obviously prioritize drive thru which is fine but it’s annoying having to wait after doing a mobile order so my food can be ready. they forgot my fork as per usual and all just avoided eye co... read more
