Waiting 45 minutes for 2 combos, forgot our ranch, also the buffalo fingers and wings had little to no sauce. Food was hot but tasted old. I hope there not reheating. Definitely not a typical Zaxby’s experience. The store was very backed up but it seemed as tho there was no customer focus what so ever. I sat at the DT window and staff seemed to just be hanging out.
Second time in a row this place can’t get an order right. They’re really going downhill with kids that don’t care. Don’t answer the phone when you call. Get your act together Oneonta Zaxbys.
