The manager told me I had to drive back to the store for a refund for raw fries. When I got back to the restaurant she told me I had to get a refund through the app. She then told me she’d call me back IF she was able to give a refund…needless to say I got no call back. I am from Wisconsin, and I had never eaten at a Zaxby's before. Zaxby's has delicious food! For people from northern states, imagine if Cane's Chicken married Chick-fil-A and had a child, it would be Zaxby's. Food was fresh and delicious at the Blytheville, SC franchise. Service was friendly. Restrooms were clean, soap dispensers were filled. Great experience!
i ordered online and my whole order was messed up boneless wings without sauce both drinks wrong and when i called i received no answer.
I ordered a grilled house salad but i where's the chicken. You all should be ashamed of yourself and stop ripping off the ones keeping you in business. We order sauce and dressing with our meals and didn't receive either. I need my salad replaces ASAP. I also tried calling, someone answered the phone with just a "hello" then hung up. Now it's busy.
