Chicken tenders were greasy and fries were soggy and cold. Customer service wasn't much better. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I came here and went through the drive thru. After waiting nearly two minutes I said “hello?” And that’s when someone said they would be right with me. I requested fresh fries for both of my orders. I got mine and there was only a handful of cold fries. Not to mention once I paid I was asked to back up (I think this was to make it look like they’re handling cars quickly and efficiently). This is the only Zaxby’s within and hour of home that everything is always burnt and dry to the point it’s hard to eat and the fries unseasoned. Service is always good but it’s just gross.
