Very friendly staff food was hot and fresh
First time visit and used the drive thru. Ordered a grilled chx Asian Zensation Zalad. Got it home and unpacked it only find a salad full of wilted, burned, soggy lettuce. I picked through it and ate the chx and some of the salad. If I’d been eating at the restaurant, I would have returned it. Considering the cost of food, these days, I was disappointed to say the least.
Staff is completely incompetent, can’t understand an order thats given, makes me wait almost 30 min for food. Drove back through the drive through after being told to wait out front and what a surprise it gets handed to me out the window. What a joke
This Zaxby's is very nice inside, clean, comfortable. Feels like a restaurant, not fast food. They host kids events Tuesdays and have activities for them like rock painting, glitter tattoos, and board games. It's all free, and then kid's meals are 99 cents with an adult meal on Tuesdays. The food itself is amazing and never disappoints. I really like their drink selections, too. This is one of my favorites places to eat of anywhere!
