I regret to inform you that this Zaxby’s in midlothian, Virginia on Walmart Way is the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited many of them, from Roanoke, Virginia to Newberry, South Carolina. This one’s the worst. Since I adore Zaxby’s, I got to admit that seeing how awful it was makes me sad. Firstly when I requested more Zax sauce, they were rude, the fries were cold, and the chicken fingers were hardly warm. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the blue cheese salad. The chicken was undercooked, and there was a long strand of hair in the salad.
Quite literally the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. It is an easy location, but they never get the orders correct. On our last order, our salad was missing buffalo sauce, a drink was wrong, and one of the sides we ordered was wrong. And this was after being parked for several minutes because it was ready yet.
Totally not the Zaxby's that was there a year ago. The orders were not correct, all of the food was cold as if it was made at lunchtime and held over, even the toast. Oh, we got there at 6 PM, so you would think it would have been prime time for dinner. Service was not friendly and seemed impatient. The dining area needed to be cleaned.
