Food tastes different lately. The grilled chicken sandwich was very jelly like.
They are very slow and customer service is terrible. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. they ran out of traditional wings. TERRIBLE!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!!
When the manager there this place is really hopping, but when she's gone everything goes to crap. I eat there all the time. My wife and I stopped by the other day, went in to eat, and they were all over the place. It took them forever to get the food out, and when it did come out it was not piping hot, like it usually is, so it had been sitting there a while so it had been sitting there a minute. Worst experience ever, staff unfit for the position, no customer service at all Place an order, and some items were missing from the order. Called the place to let them know and when I went back, one of the employees behaved unprofessionally and lacked customer service etiquette No management, no leadership
