As a first-time zaxby's customer i want to point out that the food was pretty good but my complaint is when I went to open my mustard packet it was a dark brown almost solid. So me being a mustard lover I knew something was wrong and when I approached the management to inform them about it, they checked the packets, confirmed they were expired, informed me they would bring me some that weren't expired and never did. Did drive thru 8/27 at 1pm. I asked to switch my drink before I paid for my order because of the extreme upcharge for a lemonade. I was told I couldn’t because it was already in the system so I paid about $4 more and my order was wrong. Overpriced and bad service.
Been wanting to try them for years. Very good flavor chicken my only request is I can get a bucket of it. The fries were great so nice to see a restaurant that puts real effort into the fries.
