This is a sad place the service is slow the attitude of the employees is they could care less. I can see this location closing down because of slow or no sales. Stay away from this location. And the prices are insane for the amount of food Zaxbys has lost their way in this market.

I’m highly disappointed. Firstly, I ordered about 15 minutes ahead of time only to wait another 20 for my food once I got there. Not only did I have to wait an absurd amount of time, once I got my food it was the wrong order and highly over salted. Once I went to return the food and get my actual order, the workers didn’t even apologize and instead joked around with each other. Very terrible experience

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful. When placing my order and at the pickup window, the employees were using profanity and behaving very unprofessionally. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I would never come here again definitely not a place I’d feel comfortable bringing my family or even going alone.

Burnt sandwich and burnt wings and soggy fries and flat drink. Save your money and go elsewhere.
