Iv never had a more disappointing time at zakbys or any fast food place in general. I created a pickup order for 6:15 at 3:00. I get there at 6:15 my food isnt ready. I work 20 miniutes down the road and order like this so i can get the food i want and eat, there someone else waiting for their uber eats order also. I asked for the manager because i literally ordered 3 hours before and he was so rude and unempathetic and just didnt care what so ever. Food was sloppy with sauce all over the box and bag. Chicken and fries tasted weird like fryer grease hasn't been changed in a while. Everything was bad. Should've went to Chick-fil-A instead.
Food is good but portions are small.
