They put no sauce on your food they don’t give you the right sauces you ask for and they take 20 years to make it. Zaxby’s is truly going downhill. McDonald’s is even doing better than them.
Spot on with wings and have enough variety to get something different if ordering with someone else. Miss sometimes with condiments is only reason for 4 star instead of 5. Tried the shrimp this time and it was good but no tarter or cocktail sauce. Took it home so not a total fail as we had some there. Wings were good also but maybe getting smaller.
Be prepared for them to charge you for extra sauce and then not put any in your bag at all. Horrible customer service.
I was craving fried chicken so I figured I would revisit the place. I used to bring my kids here a lot and remember the tenders always tasted good. Sorry to say I was disappointed. The fries and slaw and bread were great but the tenders or fingers as they say just didn’t taste like I remember. It reminded me of reheated fried chicken.
