I can’t say I’ve eaten at a Zaxbys that is as bad as this one. There is a standard that you come to expect at Zaxbys and this one certainly doesn’t come close to meeting those standards. The restaurant wasn’t clean, the men’s bathroom looked as bad as out of date convenience stores. The individual who waited on me at counter was very nice and the only reason Service received two stars. I ordered wings and things. FOOD WAS VERY HOT AND FRESH NICK IS A GREAT MANAGER , was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed
After seeing other peoples reviews i had to delete mine and go from 3 star to 1 star. if there is multiple people complaing about paying for large fries and they recive the same portion no matter what they pay for you should look into the issue. i dont blame the employes at this point its a managment issue. disrespectful that you waste peoples money and not fix already addressed issues horrible place id rather drive 20 minutes to montgomery cross roads from the islands.
