The food was hot and delicious with very nice staff
The people at the drive thru have terrible attitudes. Obviously don’t want to do their job.
Ordered lemon pepper sandwich with fries, fries weren’t seasoned, I didn’t taste lemon pepper at all I’m sure it was regular chicken, soda we got was flat. Really light on the fries which was disappointing. That was my first Zaxbys experience I was disappointed
This Zaxby's has the worst service. We ordered traditional bone in wings and paid for them and when we got home they were nuggets. Disappointing. Phone number on the receipt does not work. Zaxby's corporate doesn't care and says this is an independent Zaxby's.
