I went through the drive thru tonight and got in line to order eight minutes before closing. They shut the lights off with me still in line and unable to order. If I am in line before closing I should be able to order. Plenty of other chicken fingers places to choose from.
Waited over an hour and food kept coming out incorrectly.
I've eaten at Zaxbys for years. The pat 2 times I've been in the evening have been around 7:30. I had to wait 8+ minutes to order (I was timing). The young lady who took my order had to ask me twice about everything. She wanted to tell me that cole slaw didn't come with a chicken finger plate. I had to tell her that I always get a plate and it does indeed come with slaw as I pointed to the menu on the wall. I asked for non-seasoned fries and ranch sauce instead of Zax sauce. Amazing per the usual
I did an online order at 8:15 pm stated that it would be ready at 8:40.Get there at 8:45 they didn’t have it ready, told my son to wait in the car and didn’t it out until after 9. Long as he waited the food should’ve been hot nor did they put any sauce. Poor customer service. Will be going to millbrook Zaxby from now on!
