I don’t know what’s going on with service here lately but it’s really went down hill and fast. That’s from front of the house to the back. Going here used to feel great but it has been anything but that. :( I ordered a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry with no ranch / S&S instead… this is just pitiful. All of our food came upside down in the boxes and as you can see from the picture this has been what the food has been like the last 3 times on visits. The team today was on it!! The young lady at drive through was very precise on taking orders. 5/18/26 at 5:10 pm. This team was about handling business and that’s what keeps the customers happy. Thank you.
Ms Bobbie the order taker was very helpful with the menu as I was asking questions about it very knowledgeable and polite I inquired about the Mac and cheese bowls and she gave me her honest opinion on them and she said these two are good the other I don't care for but that's just My taste I said okay I ordered the bacon ranch one of her pics and it was way better than expected so thank you to Ms Bobbie and she is a hobbit so small but so helpfull
Went to this location today 5/12/2026 @ 9:45 pm.. I was using my customer appreciation card, when the rude manager Sierra told me I couldn't get what i ordered with that meal card, I informed her that I just used the exact same card for the same meal, Sierra stated the her Boss doesn't allow meal to be used with that card, again I informed her that I just used the same card for the same meal, the issue was resolved, but Sierra wouldn't let it go, she kept saying she has to do what her Boss says, which is understandable becau... read more
