I normally visit the Zaxby’s in Lexington, but I have visited the one in Cayce several times. Dined in today and what a cute atmosphere, a little country and very nice restaurant. The service was great, and the food was delicious. I love the way you season your fries compared to other Zaxby’s. However, although I ordered a children’s grilled cheese sandwich meal, the french fries are very lacking in quantity. I assure you the other Zaxby’s give you a good serving unlike this restaurant. Great place wish we had them in Ohio.
Went there for lunch at 12:22 and waited 40 minutes while I watched the shift lead try and do expo. She was distributing the first thing she could touch (slowly distributing) rather than what was chronologically the next thing to be given out. This resulted in me and a handful of other people having to wait 45 minutes or more. I had to cancel my order and get a refund because I had to go back to work. The manager just watched the drive through screen and did nothing while dine in was slammed.
