Ordered on the Mobil app drive through advised me to pull it into one. I sat TWENTY minutes finally took it upon myself to walk inside just to find my food sitting on a shelf to the left of the drive through door!
Chicken and fries were hot and delicious
Waiting 45 minutes after I paid for food. Then the food was cold.
I went to this Zaxby’s and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there. The cashier who took my order was rude, kept cutting me off while I was talking, and still managed to get my order wrong. I had to correct it again at the window, which was already frustrating enough. When I got home 15 minutes away from this location I looked at my receipt and realized I had been overcharged for a meal I didn’t even ask for.
