I arrived to Zaxbys really wanting a salad. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to them closing. The drive thru line was quite long but as their closing time came and went, cars continued to move up and their orders taken. I waited 15 minutes in line just to be told they were closed. We definitely recommend Zaxbys in Easley SC.. we visited this location today for a early dinner. Once entering through the front door we were greeted with "a huge smile and a warm friendly welcome to Zaxbys, will you folks be dinning in with us tonight"? and we said yes.. Great Customer Service, Smiles on Everyone Face
Zaxby's has always been a reliable and good place to get drive thru in late evening until recently. The worst was last night, cold and I mean cold food and no slaw in finger plate and burnt toast
Well I hate to say it but the chicken has the consistency of rubber and I honestly can’t get through chewing my sandwich because it’s almost like crunching through raw chicken, but it’s definitely cooked ! Anyways I’d much prefer Popeyes or any other place because the chicken feels like chicken in your mouth.
Zaxbys district manager needs to come in and fire the whole entire management from day shift. The GM "Perry" does not have any management skills whatsoever. He is very disrespectful and likes to cuss employees out he also is a big liar and can't be trusted.
