I rarely leave reviews, but this is the 4th “chance” I’ve given Zaxbys in newberry recently. The food has been low quality, missing ingredients, and over cooked. When you pay for food, you expect to get the ingredients that are to come with it. It had half the normal ingredients on the salad. If you pay for a salad, order honey mustard… ranch sauce (1 sauce by the way) is not enough to even cover 1/4 of the salad. worst zaxbys ever. it was filthy and rundown. floor in the lobby was v3ry slippery. plus they don't have high chairs.
ordered a chicken finger plate with fries, slaw and a large sweet tea. i got no slaw and a medium coke of some sort and the drive thru girls were rude :)
