Waited forever for a simple order. They had countless workers, but no urgency or care. No apology for making everyone wait. Poor business
Very bad customer service, 1 hour in drive through, no lobby open
I was in the drive through yesterday over 1 hour and 30 minutes, really bad customer service people on there phone just standing there
Plastic bag found stuffed in drink given to me with my online order.
Bunch of lazy weirdos, we pulled up for a Doordash order at 10:30 and they copped an attitude saying they were closed and didn't make the order. The hours are until 11 they were chilling inside cutting up and using their phones when we drove by. Fire your staff please.
