Chicken fingers were great. Always. But the guy on the drive thru needs some training.
On lunch break grabbed a salad got all the way to Gentry to eat my salad and there was no dressing!! Called manager and she was rude. She said she’d give me a 10percent discount on my next order!!! Say what?!?!! I have no lunch now and when I order THE NEXT TIME I get 10 percent off!! Bull crap!!!!
I wouldn’t eat here unless you want pieces of plastic found in your food and not even receive a simple apology over it. What a disgusting way to treat one of your customers. I believe the State health department should be notified of this, and will be. Surely this may help to clean up the obvious mess that is running in your kitchens.
I am not one to complain because I’ve worked fast food, I get it, but tonight was the second time I have been to the Siloam Springs location and been disappointed. The first time, the staff were laughing while taking my order at the drive through. They ended up giving me and charging me for an adult meal and not a kids meal that I ordered. Love the salad there. My granddaughter wanted chicken.
The wait to place our order was ridiculous—two people behind the counter one handling the drive thru the other one on the phone food had no flavor, the soda dispenser machine did not work and the tables and floor were nasty
Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! Will never give them my business again!
