Counter person does not know menu. Sauces were left out of zpack. Do better..
Luc at the front desk has a really good vibe with customer service. Tends to provide service with a smile. Good job Zaxby's for hiring a great employee.
While at this location, I spilled my drink all over the floor and myself and then received the wrong order not once but twice. While that is all unfortunate, one of the workers, TJ, was absolutely fantastic at helping with the mess and making sure my order was right. They are a fantastic team member and very attentive.
