I walked into your location today (Saturday) 7/26/25 (approx 5:15p.m) to place an order and was met with a disappointing experience. A group of teens behind the counter stood- no greeting, no acknowledgment, just rude and unprofessional behavior. Stood there a few minutes, then one sarcastically said "just a minute". I let them know I’d rather drive across town to the other location and it's really sad on their part to treat a customer like this. Spent $25 on raw chicken and salty fries! At the very least, ensure the chicken is cooked properly! Will not return.
Lots of problems with my orders at this location. The first time I ordered online and set a time for curbside pickup. After checking in we waited at least 20 minutes before my husband went in to inquire. Waited another 15 minutes or so before the order was brought out to us. When we got home we realized we didn’t get an item. I decided to try again today. Ordered while in Macon for a 30 minute curbside pickup at the Perry Parkway location.
