Is this location still open? I've been to their new location on Carpenter and the service there was good, but this one on Washtenaw looks like it's been closed for months.

They have made so many improvements its the place to go NOW.
I have been a Deluxe Fast Pass member at the Ann Arbor location, but my experience has been disappointing overall. Last Saturday, I went there and found the facility closed for maintenance. I returned again today around noon, and it was closed once more without any explanation. Many members, including myself, can only visit on weekends due to work schedules, so these unpredictable closures make the membership difficult to use and result in wasted trips and time.
