Sadly we did the monthly subscription plan. We never used it and asked to cancel. We go back monthly and ask to cancel, called corporate and they claim they cannot find it. They kept charging and now won’t refund any money. Feels like a bit of a scam.
I like how they use the brush on the back window of the Suv's as the wash normally misses that. One thing that could be done which would be great is power wash the side mirrors or use the brush on them as the automation misses them. Thanks.
Initially, I enjoyed the car wash when it reopened. However, the service has significantly deteriorated. Despite tipping and paying for the most expensive car wash, my rims always emerge dirty,(especially the passenger side)and sometimes I don’t even receive a car wash I pay for, which I have the monthly membership.Very disappointed, since I drive by it everyday.
Can't beat the price.
