Update on the incident that happened July 14th: On May 14, I visited the Zax Auto Wash in Farmington Hills, and during the wash, the machine ripped off the roof molding/trim above my windshield. I am writing again regarding the incident that occurred at the Zax Auto Wash location in Farmington Hills on May 14th, where your wash equipment damaged my vehicle by ripping off center molding above my windshield.
