Very hard working. Neat, they did everything correct and as described in the estimate. Will definitely use them again.
Took them 2 days to respond to my request for a quote. When they finally did get back, they asked me to text pics. Said my job was "a bit too small" and did not meet their minimum of $2500 based on photos which did not take into account the full exent of the work which needed to be done. I called another company who came to my house, assessed the project, and gave me an estimate (more than $2500). That's the way it should be done. I later found out that they are not accredited by the BBB. Glad I didn't use them.
We have water issues ( basement excavated too deep, when built) and overtime its created some structural defects that needed attention. Georgina (at the office) is great and did a fantastic job keeping everyone on the same page. I must also say, they were extremely patient and came back several times to go over my concerns and scope of the job. It’s rare these days to work with a solutions based company with smart/customer friendly employees. I hired Zavza Seal based off their 5 start ratings from others. I needed a 7 ft. stone pillar which connected my outdoor gate entry to the other three pillars lifted and straightened as over the years it had tilted toward the house and was actually making contact with the siding.
