I was very satisfied with their work to Waterproof our basement. They were on time, they were very diligent. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, that I also had them do outdoor maintenance that we had deferred for 20 years. They reinforced our deck, they installed a new cellar door and they matched the paint colors perfectly. We also had them repair and paint the front yard ironwork. We get comments on how beautiful and shiny our gates are!

Amazing customer service. Prompt estimate, advice. Because there was a rebate with the power company Zavza Seal did all the paperwork and communication so it was obtained. Once rebate was secured they scheduled a day to install insulation and it was completed that day. The service tech doing the install was prompt friendly and did an amazing job with install and clean up. I would highly recommend this company !

Took them 2 days to respond to my request for a quote. When they finally did get back, they asked me to text pics. Said my job was "a bit too small" and did not meet their minimum of $2500 based on photos which did not take into account the full exent of the work which needed to be done. I called another company who came to my house, assessed the project, and gave me an estimate (more than $2500). That's the way it should be done. I later found out that they are not accredited by the BBB. Glad I didn't use them.

We have water issues ( basement excavated too deep, when built) and overtime its created some structural defects that needed attention. Georgina (at the office) is great and did a fantastic job keeping everyone on the same page. I must also say, they were extremely patient and came back several times to go over my concerns and scope of the job.
