Pricing is high , service is hit and miss, not horrible but for the price he wants it's not a service I will continue to use. Maybe people pay $300 a month in Granite Bay for monthly service but we don't pay that in the Bay Area where I'm from. $150-$175 maybe $200 but $300? Nope. Tried to negotiate which worked for a few months but I got half a service and the owner ended up telling me I'm not happy with his service and it's not worth it to him. At first they were good at the landscaping (for almost a year). Their billing was late and customer service was non-existent in the beginning which I could easily forgive given the quality job they did on the yard. Now, with churn of employees, I can classify it as average landscaping at best. They broke 3 sprinkler heads, and could never get in touch with anyone. I just want to give every Nursery a fair warning about this Landscaping company. He uses people to go out and buy materials through out the valley using different people stating that they are partners on his landscaping business writes a check then a few days later reports it to his bank as a Stop Payment and the reason for it as stolen check. The person who signed the check does not match on the ID/DL. Please don't be pressured, as easy the material was loaded in their truck it can be unloaded. Your material is being stolen... read more
