It was a great experience working with this team. I had my air ducts cleaned and sanitized, and the difference in air quality is amazing. Michael was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what needed immediate attention and what could be scheduled for later. Recently, another service technician needed to access the air ducts and commented that they were the cleanest he had ever seen! He inspected everything and immediately replaced the outdated, plastic ductwork with new, safer metal ductwork. Dillon was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I contacted an air duct cleaning service to help at my parents' house in Pasadena. Something had gotten stuck in the dryer vent ductwork (my dad and son might have been the reason, trying to help out, haha). The team came out and cleaned the ducts, but there was still a long piece of plastic or metal left inside. We called again, and they returned the same day to remove the last bit from the duct.
