Saved the day! I had an obscure O-ring crack while doing transmission work on my car. Chrysler didn’t even have a part number listed. I tried probably 10 different auto parts stores & repair shops until I got recommended to Zatkoff. Their target market was clearly not some guy needing a $.03 rubber O-ring, but it was awesome that they took the time out of their day to measure, find the part, and give me multiple different O-rings free of charge. Brendan at the counter was everything I could ask for! Helped me for 5 minutes looking for a single seal for a Copeland Compressor repair! He made 5-6 trips up stairs for me and found one that worked, and gave it to me for free! It might have cost them nothing, but they gained a customer for life! Laura also had a great sense of humor and I loved to hear her knowledge on the items they had! Keep it up guys!
