This was the most horrible experience I've had with a medical provider. I was there to seek information about a sleep study. If I could give less than one star, I would. While there was no one in line when I attempted to check in, I was kept waiting while the receptionists were talking among themselves and/or reading paperwork. HThe doctor walked into the treatment room and asked how long I had been waiting, to which I replied my appointment was at 1:30. My mother went to see Dr Zaslow for many years, and for the last 6 years I attended all of her appointments with her. I can honestly say he asked questions and listened to everything she had to say and any concerns I may have had. He's a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking.

My mistake forgot my paperwork. Women at reception would not allow me to do there and wanted me to reschedule in another month. Never been to a Doctor’s office that is only open 3 days a week and lacks customer service. Patient care not a priority. Never met the doctor but it’s starts at the front and I would not recommend this office to anyone. Wish there were negative stars to give
