No return policy on items that are unused AND do not touch skin (a charging cable) combined with high price would make me reconsider using them again. Definetly not a customer oriented business. They do have a large selection of items, though.

I too have a concern with their business practices. I needed a portable oxygen machine when mine quit while I was in Virginia for Christmas. I had to drive back to Florida in two days but the only way I could rent one for a week was to pay over 3,000.00 to secure the return of the unit. There isn’t one Medical Supply I talked to that required the financial commitment, especially a disabled veteran that requires oxygen. I will track and return on 12/29.

I didn't realize that I would need a shower transfer bench following surgery. I called Zask, chose a bench, and arranged for them to deliver it. I called Zask a little after 9:00 a.m. and they delivered it a bit before 1:0 p.m. Outstanding service! I've added Zask to my bookmarks. I will call them again if I need medical equipment.

Beware of a pricing bait and switch! I ordered a rental scooter online last month. When I didn't receive an email confirmation, I called to make sure the order went through and was told that it's processing but not worry and that I would get the scooter as ordered. A couple days later - the day before I had scheduled the delivery for - I still hadn't received a confirmation, so called back, and it was only then I was told my order couldn't be processed because the delivery fee was actually double what I was charged online. Had an excellent experience with Zack’s. The most professional people in the area with actual knowledge of the product I required a lift chair. A special order was placed and it arrived and set-up in a timely manner. A great experience and will only go to this medical supplier in the area. I highly recommend this supplier.
