Had an excellent experience with Zack’s. The most professional people in the area with actual knowledge of the product I required a lift chair. A special order was placed and it arrived and set-up in a timely manner. A great experience and will only go to this medical supplier in the area. I highly recommend this supplier.

Zask consistently punchs waaaay above its weight class! Don't be misled by the modest exterior - there is a world of medical equipment in a few small rooms. The knowlegeable staff will quickly find what you're looking for - at a good price - and often have some insights on use, refills, alternatives, etc. They also have connections with repair people as well. They help me with a bed last minute for my mom when the first company skipped out on my reservation. They did a same day delivery . The delivery guy was conscious of our floors as he brought the bed into the house. He was very friendly, polite and showed me how to operate the equipment. Will use them again when I have elderly family members come visit.

We rented several items from Zask while a family member recovered from surgery for four months. Everything was delivered in good working order, and with clear instructions. They scheduled pick up within a couple of days when we no longer needed the items. Billing was accurate and clear. We definitely recommend Zask.

I rented a sit stand recliner from them for a month and it was a lifesaver for my abdominal surgery. The guy who came to deliver it and pick it up was so kind as well. So grateful for the service and for everyone at ask for being so kind and helpful
