Worst customer service ever, lacks professionalism and compassion, when ppl come to your store looking for medical devices its because something tragic has happened and the least they need is you telling them that the price of an item is not going to break their bank account, you do not know people's financial situation and if we ask for price is because we need to know before purchasing an item. Be more kind please.
No return policy on items that are unused AND do not touch skin (a charging cable) combined with high price would make me reconsider using them again. Definetly not a customer oriented business. They do have a large selection of items, though. Update: Edited to downgrade from two stars to one. The item I purchased cost double of what it can be found elsewhere. This is a crooked, predatory practice that should be exposed.

I too have a concern with their business practices. I needed a portable oxygen machine when mine quit while I was in Virginia for Christmas. I had to drive back to Florida in two days but the only way I could rent one for a week was to pay over 3,000.00 to secure the return of the unit. There isn’t one Medical Supply I talked to that required the financial commitment, especially a disabled veteran that requires oxygen. I will track and return on 12/29.
I didn't realize that I would need a shower transfer bench following surgery. I called Zask, chose a bench, and arranged for them to deliver it. I called Zask a little after 9:00 a.m. and they delivered it a bit before 1:0 p.m. Outstanding service! I've added Zask to my bookmarks. I will call them again if I need medical equipment.
