People with respiratory illnesses should be cautious and do thorough research before hiring a duct-cleaning service. Ask how the cleaning will be performed before awarding the job. I had to terminate the service halfway through because dust was being blown back into my home. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service. I’m surprised their website shows such positive reviews.
This people after negotiating with them about the scope of their job, they said they will clean all vents and free cleaning of dryer vent. I ask if there are surprise costs or hidden costs and they said None. Just flat $175 plus tax and fuel cost from Wnpg to Mitchell MB. After doing the job halfway, they didn't clean the dryer vent and then asked for additional $70 because they have to make a hole near the furnace to vacuum all dusts clearly a hidden cost.
