Finally someone in Seattle that understands I want natural looking highlights! 10’s across the board! Friendly, in home salon is SPOTLESS! If you have high expectations that other stylists can’t seem to achieve, it’s time to raise them and have your expectations exceeded. Zarr is everything! Not only is he an expert at what he does, but an appointment with him is an absolute experience! Not only will you walk out of the studio looking and feeling absolutely AMAZING, you will also leave with a new friend, guaranteed! Tens across the board!
