I will not get my hair cut anywhere else because Zarr’s vision (and meticulous studio) is second to none. A good stylist has their client walking out the door satisfied, but a great stylist has a client dancing their way out, feeling like a whole new person, and that is exactly what Zarr has done, every time.. . I’ve been getting my hair cut by Zarr since he graduated from beauty school in Spokane over 35 years ago—and somehow, my hair just keeps getting better!
