I normally never leave negative reviews for coffee shops, but this place has weird service. I ordered a butter croissant, but because of my foreign accent, they thought I wanted extra butter added to it. The clerk’s tone was extremely rude, but I usually don't mind a bad attitude. However, he then said, "I don't understand a single word you are saying." I was going to clarify that I just wanted a plain croissant, but my daughter refused to eat there because the pastry display was covered in flies.
I asked for my bagel to be toasted with strawberry cream cheese on both sides. They barely put any on and this is the 2nd time. These places are too expensive for y'all to be skimping like this. You've lost a customer.
I just want to say that I had the most ma ing experience with Elma she is the light of my morning, the way she takes care of every detail when I order breakfast or a snack, she is the reason why I purchased in Zaro's . I love love when I have to order something specific for my boss she does it to perfection. I hope more people are like Elma she deserves a raise :) I hope this review gets to her because there is no other way to thank her 💖 Zaro's is lucky to have her.
