I see why they have a 3.5. The food was the absolute bare minimum of what I would call food. I would charge this back if I could. I can count the seasonings on the "everything" bagel. The egg they gave me must have come from a chick, I didn't know that was possible. At first I thought my sandwich didn't have bacon, but surprise, there was 2, 1 inch pieces on the other side! Didn’t have any Pennie’s so they short changed me. If you don’t have adequate change that’s on you, not the customer.
This was my first time trying Zaro and I won’t be back. It was the worst bagel I’ve had in a while. The bread was Old, and the environment is expected, chaos. Overall, Very disappointing.
Bought a chicken ceasar wrap, half of it was frozen when I open the box, the fridge temperature was just too cold. Although the flavour was ok from the non-frozen part. But Can you be careful about quality next time?
