i think there attitude determines there customer service and i don't think being in Newark Penn is a reason to be rude because its a busy place (especially when its 6am). The bagels are either to dry or too much of what u asked for, they prioritize certain customers that jump the line, and rush food out when they get busy or overwhelmed really a place not to goto all the time but when theres a decent attitude around theres decent service there.threw away my bagel this morning because it was just caked with strawberry cream c... read more
