I waited way too long just to place an order. The staff moved at their own pace and it showed. One of the coffees was honestly bad enough that I left most of it. The other items were fine, nothing special, just passable for an airport stop. This location needs quicker service and more consistency. Three stars because it wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.
I look forward to a bagel when I'm in terminal A at Newark. They have lots of other options too. Great service.
Took 25 minutes to make a cup of coffee, they need a better system. Coffee was good.
Food was great, BUT wow the service was awful. Such rude workers. Like we are an inconvenience to them by ordering. I had an airline voucher to use and the lady grabbed my phone and entered in what she needed to use it. She didn’t say ONE word to me, but after the order I looked back at my receipt and she had taken the remainder of my voucher towards a tip!!! Wow. First off, I might have tipped if there was any nice service, but to steal it from me?! I can’t. Shame on her. She definitely snuck that one by me.
