The bagels here are awful. These are not the chewy fresh bagels folks in NJ and NYC are accustomed to. The texture is flat and stale. I purchased a dozen bagels to take on my flight to Oklahoma for a friend who moved to Oklahoma City and was missing them. I had to chuck them when I got to my gate because I took bite out of one and immediately knew these were not worth bringing to my friend. Overpriced, too.
Customer service was great here. Food delicious. We enjoyed the NYC Works bagel while waiting for our flight. We used to dine at Zaro’s in NYC 15 years ago, and this experience brought back such fond memories. So happy to have a piece of that history with us again!
Adorable shop, waited 16 minutes (I only noticed time because staff said you’ve been here quite a while) for just a latte - I was the only one ordering. Everyone after me (7 people) all got food orders and they were in and out. I had to ask twice after 10 / 15 minutes where was my latte - luckily the barista was very busy trying to connect his portable speaker. Latte was below average. Thanks!
I got a cappuccino with almond milk and it was the worst coffee I ever had. I could barely taste the espresso. It’s nice that they have the machines to order, but the service didn’t look like good. The ladies handling the products to the customers looked and talked like they were annoyed. I would honestly not buy again from them.
