I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month with no luck. No one ever answers the phone, and the voicemail is always full, so leaving a message isn’t even an option. If someone does pick up, you’re put on hold and the call gets disconnected without any help. Before wasting your time calling, read the other reviews I’m clearly not the only one dealing with this. There are several other people describing the exact same experience. Their customer service and communication need serious improvement.
I’ve been trying to call for the past two weeks to schedule an appointment, but no one ever answers. Their voicemail is full, so it’s impossible to leave a message. When someone finally picks up, they immediately ask you to hold, keep you waiting, and then hang up without helping or even asking why you’re calling. It’s been extremely frustrating trying to get through.

Can't book an appointment. Get the run around with their answering service. No one answers...a continuous loop of not getting anywhere. How does one make an appt? Do i have to physically go there. Looks like it. I bet when i get there, i won't be able to get in lol 🤷♀️
