Took too long to get patents. USPTO needs revamped. Tim is an investor in my Bubble-Worm LLC.
Pretty darned happy with Tim Zarley. He is knowledge of IP law. That is expected. But he is also knowledgeable of the inventor mind. He knows how to communicate in a way that engineers and designers can relate. He is patient and kind. He is encouraging, and more importantly, honest when a person needs to hear that don't have a valuable idea. Trust this man. He gets it.
Tim and the staff were so amazing in their professional approach with the discussion about an action. I highly recommend if you need legal advice taking the time to speak with them. They have helped us so much and we will continue to use this firm to support our family and business going forward!
