The staff at this salon was very nice, and my stylist Katerline was friendly. However, my experience was disappointing. I asked for light brown hair, but after 5 hours in the chair, I ended up with dark brown instead. The color itself wasn’t terrible, but it was not what I requested, and I still see patches of different colors throughout my hair.They also tried to charge me double at first, which felt unfair considering the outcome. My sister went here to get her hair done. She wanted a light color. The picture on the left is what she wanted and the right picture is what she got. ( her hair was already that color) so she told them and they supposedly was going to fix it but didn’t so they still asked her to pay $500. And honestly I wouldn’t had paid anything but my sister to kind and paid at least $200. Honestly guys check the reviews because there are some stylist that hate on you for no reason. I would never go back to this Zarios!!!!!! The hairstylist named Socorro was very rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional. The color that my niece wanted wasn’t even done, she had no knowledge of what color to use and just guessed. My niece ended up with brown hair when she clearly said she wanted her blonde highlights. When we asked her why my niece was still waiting for an hour in the wash bowl she responded rudely and was doing another client when she came way after us. This was my first time at this hair salon. I came in and Kristal was already doing another lady's hair which delayed my time. I was looking to do a toner, however Kristal recommended to do a hair dye. My hair is a natural brunette however, I left the salon with a level 3, almost black hair. Both of my ears were covered with dye and I was only given a small wipe to clean it off myself. I called to see if the dye was permanent or semi permanent and the receptionist said it was both (???).
