Very disappointing experience. The male salesperson was rude, disrespectful, and made me feel humiliated. Good customer service starts with treating people with basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visit.

I had a very disappointing experience with this jewelry store. I was initially given one price to resize my ring, but after they contacted the technician, the quote suddenly increased. Then, after the repair was already done, they raised the price yet again, claiming the resizing was more difficult than expected. This felt very dishonest and unprofessional.
