This place is overpriced and their jewelry pieces are no good. They don’t even have a warranty on their products. The Spanish ladies working here have zero customer service skills. This is just middle of the mall type jewelry. Avoid this place at all cost

So far it's been completely positive. I'm waiting for my ring. I haven't heard anything since I brought it in last week. I just would like to know when I can pick it up if possible. Thank you well I have picked up my ring and it was fixed to perfection. Since then, I've also had a necklace fixed. They're very reasonable and extremely polite and professional. I will continue to go back as I need work done on my jewelry.
