I went to an appt today with my mother, a stroke patient. During the appt, when they were discussing meds, my mother told Dr. Z that she went off a particular med at the recommendation of Dr. Z. Dr Z. immediately became defensive, and said: "I did not tell you to go off the med, the neurologist did! Do not blame me for your symptoms - they are not my fault. So let's understand that." Not a good visit with Dr. Zarek and this was not the first time. It will be my last! She actually walked out and told me she was out of time. I'm sure I will receive a bill for everything she thinks is an issue.
