I used Ernesto for an estimate after Hail Storm damage. He was quick coming to my house for the estimate. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he had a team at my house next day. His team knew what their jobs were. They went straight to work, and completed the job professionally. They cleaned up the site afterwards, to the point you couldn't tell they were here, except for the fantastic roof job...
We could not have asked for a better experience with a contractor to convert our detached garage into a tiny apartment. Ernesto and Brian were very professional and responsive throughout the project. They have an exceptional work ethic, kept our property tidy the duration of construction, resolved every single issue we had, and were very reasonable in terms of expense and timeline. We highly recommend them and would happily use them again should the need arise.
Highly recommended was an understatement! Ernesto and his crew are amazing. They came out for an estimate the day after I called them. We got 2 other estimates and they were NO where in the price range that Zarate was and provided more benefits than the other groups. Our job was scheduled and completed quickly. The workers were professional and friendly. There wasn’t a speck of dust left after their job. We would definitely recommend!
Bryan and Ernesto were awesome building what we wanted. They were VERY responsive to problems that we encountered. Also kept us updated as to the progress of inspections and steps of construction. Also made good suggestions about how to achieve our goals and the value of the work was very good. We really appreciated thier patience and willingness to work with us. Everyone on thier team was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them for any type of project.
