Unprofessional! In May 2024, I had called Dr. Alba’s office for an appointment for my Mother. The scheduler said that Dr. Alba was not available until March 2025 (!) as she only takes on 2 new patients a day. So the appointment was set for March 2025. However, on October 28, 2024 we received a call from Dr. Alba’s office stating that the appointment has been canceled because Dr. Alba does not want new patients after the first of the year.
