When my a/c stopped working in early August , I called American Home Shield and they assigned Zaragozas Heating & A/C. I have dealt with horrible dishonest rude AHS a/c contractors before and expected the worst. I was pleasantly surprised with Mr Tino Zaragoza. He came out and diagnosed the problem (a bad compressor) right away. He also found the reason it failed, which was because of the previous repairs done by other AHS contractors not being up to industry standards and specifications. When our AC stopped cooling this guy was sent out through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. He was quite possibly the rudest, most dismissive, most condescending repair “Professional” I’ve ever encountered. We took ½ a day off of work because he was scheduled to come out between 1pm and 4pm. At 5pm he called and said he wouldn’t show up until after 6pm.
