The Zaragoza team was prompt polite and professional. They went above and beyond to do extra work that needed to be completed.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid $5,000 for them to replace my main line and the valves connecting to my irrigation pipe. Four months later, the irrigation pipe snapped clean off at 2am last Sunday. When I asked them if they could fix it, they refused, saying they were too busy and told me to call a gardener. The gardener found the connection they made was completely misaligned and the “T” fitting was cut too long, forcing the joint and putting constant pressure on the irrigation pipe until it broke.
