This office is more focused on scheduling unnecessary appointments than actually caring for patients. They refused to refill essential medications, such as an inhaler and birth control, without requiring an additional visit. An inhaler is literally what allows me to breathe, and withholding it unless I come in for an appointment is unsafe and irresponsible. The wait is ridiculous, what is the point of making an appointment if you won’t be see for an hour or more afterwards. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend at all.
Worst place the wait times are ridiculous! Be prepared for a 45 min plus for every visit without fail going to find a new doctor cause this is terrible
If you're looking for a doctor who will dismiss your concerns, invalidate your symptoms, and imply you're just desperate for a diagnosis—look no further than Dr. Alorgbey. Let me start by saying the front office staff and PA Tony (you'll notice most the raving reviews for this place mention Tony specifically.
