Very bad experience.
If possible, I don't even want to give one star for this hotel. Absolutely rude and disgusting service.
Wir hatten leider einen nicht so guten Start. Das gebuchte Zimmer war aufgrund einer Baustelle derart beeinträchtigt, dass wir dort nicht bleiben wollten. Das Rezeptionsteam war allerdings dermaßen bemüht uns eine gute Alternative zu bieten, dass war wirklich herausragend. Wir haben eine ganz tolle Alternative erhalten. Super tolle Suite, gute Lage, sehr sauber. Alleine der Eingangsbereich könnte schöner gestaltet sein.
