Very good staff Friendly and helpful Newly renovated and very clean The only improvement needed is to install a better curtain to shade the very early sunrise and some measure to reduce the noise from the road which is quite disturbing at night times Other than that it is a perfect place to stay

El personal es extremadamente amable(especial mención a Catalina!), te hacen la vida más fácil. La ubicación es perfecta, relativamente cerca de casi todo y bien conectada en transporte público/ taxi. El apartamento de 2 habitaciones es amplio y muy cómodo para dos parejas. Las camas y las almohadas son estupendas. Está todo súper limpio y cuidan el detalle. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y nos rellenaban nuestras cápsulas de café. El gimnasio es un plus. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a really great experience. From the first day, the staff were very friendly and even allowed me to check in early, which made the start of my trip much easier. During my stay, whenever I had a question or request, they handled it quickly and effectively. That kind of service is not something you find everywhere. Extremely disappointing service and will not be recommending. We arranged a suite for a 40th birthday and they took the deposit off us for having a couple of friends watcing the footy there! Zero compassion or understanding.
