I got my ears double pierced for the first time at Zara Spa and it was honestly such a great experience. It was my first time ever getting my ears pierced, and she really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. Zara is very professional, caring and informative. She has a nice way of speaking to the younger generation. She did my 15 year old daughter's second lobe piercing and when it became infected she was very quick to respond at 10pm and saw us within 48 hours. She cleaned it up and got her new better suited jewelry for her ears and she is now doing well. very happy with her services.

PERMANENTLY DAMAGED MY LASHES. Beware of all the positive reviews, they bribe clients for them. Aside from the appointments being extremely disorganized, late, and lasting much longer than they needed to, they are not professionals!! I had done lash lifts with them a few times due to the cheap pricing but it was not worth it!!!! they’d leave the solution on too long while juggling other clients, which I later learned can cause permanent lash damage. I had a great experience with my helix piercing. I was nervous at first but Zara was very attentive and calmed me down. She is also very thorough in explaining the aftercare.
