Zara was wonderful and well knowledged! My only hiccup came when i arrived at the house and noone answered the buzzer after 4 rings. When I was let in ,i was told by whomever ran back up the stairs to go down stairs which I barely heard. So...( There was no greeting) Zara herself is wonderful and well knowledged. So the point I took away was on the lack of greeting. It was never explained that the doors unlocked at 11:sharp
I got my ears double pierced for the first time at Zara Spa and it was honestly such a great experience. It was my first time ever getting my ears pierced, and she really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. She was very, very professional and explained everything clearly like what to expect, how to clean it, and the whole aftercare process. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Zara is very professional, caring and informative. She has a nice way of speaking to the younger generation. She did my 15 year old daughter's second lobe piercing and when it became infected she was very quick to respond at 10pm and saw us within 48 hours. She cleaned it up and got her new better suited jewelry for her ears and she is now doing well. very happy with her services.

PERMANENTLY DAMAGED MY LASHES. Beware of all the positive reviews, they bribe clients for them. Aside from the appointments being extremely disorganized, late, and lasting much longer than they needed to, they are not professionals!! I had done lash lifts with them a few times due to the cheap pricing but it was not worth it!!!! they’d leave the solution on too long while juggling other clients, which I later learned can cause permanent lash damage.
