The start of my case was a bit annoying because the person I was assigned to just was not getting things done. As a result, my case went on longer than needed. However, once this was acknowledged, the team took care of me appropriately. They were prompt and communicative. They answered all of my calls (or called back in a timely manner) and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This law firm made all the promises to represent my daughter after her car accident. After that communication with them was very difficult. They never answered calls. When she did finally hear back from them it was a lot of bs and broken promises. They never once asked to meet me in person or truly go over her case. Then randomly she gets a letter in the mail stating we can’t represent you after nearly two months of this nonsense. Strongly do NOT recommend!! They deserve 0 stars!!

Such an awful company to have represent you if you are in need of representation, I would look elsewhere. They did not even have the decency to call my phone, leave a message to tell me that they would no longer represent me or my case. Instead I got a letter in the mail denying me after they told me how to go about handling my case. I spoke to the lady 1 or 2 times on the phone, it’s like pulling teeth to get any of them to answer or respond back to you.
