Was very pleased with their work. The workers were very personable and skilled at what they do. Everything was done like they said and I highly recommend Zara Construction.
Encountered water damage last year, contacted shambaugh initially to do the work. They sent out 3 or 4 different people to look at the damage and assess what needed to be done but they never scheduled me to actually do the work. I was running out of time with my insurance company to get the work done and had contacted shambaugh again and they blew me off saying they were booked 3 months out. They Just finished a project took 4 months to finish an excuse for this an excuse for that they totally avoided discussions with me, went to the vulnerable wife then solicited $221.00 dollars after insurance paid them....... they will never ever be allowed on my property again, I am 70 wife 69, talk about stealing from elderly ! and I still have only a full bathroom but the only item usable is a toilet no shower, no tub............... BULLSHIT CANNOT EVEN TELL TRUTH NICE RESPONSE THOUGH
Why post hiring for all positions and not even hire a helping hand ready to learn tired of you company’s saying we are hiring. Or we are so short staffed and then not hiring people that apply and are qualified.
Very pleased with the work performed. A lot of attention to detail and listening to our wants and needs. Would recommend! While we did just a powder bath (from scratch), we intend to use Zara for a master bath renovation (had to have a secondary bath on the main floor before we commit to the master reno).
