I had thick beautiful eyebrows. Despite me telling the person I just want a shape up, she made me look like a clown and my eyebrows are uneven.

I have been coming here for 3 years, but Wednesday was my last visit ever. I've been going to the location on the upper level by L.L Bean. I figured since I had time between my meetings, I would pop up at open (10 am) to get my eyebrows threaded. To my surprise, the lady was barefoot on the couch area painting her toes. To me, that isn't professional at all. Not to mention, I don't want anyone touching their toes and then my face. No thank you. I am officially traumatized after seeing that.
