very very disrespectful, the owners did a horrible job with my nails i asked for a refund and the owner threatens me saying she'll drag me out by my hair. Also the daughter was very rude and she slammed the door in my face, long story short i left with ugly nails and no refund. this place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY.
