Zara has the worst customer service you will find. When you call the store there is no phone so you must call their main line (useless) which forces you to drive to the store for any assistance. My daughter purchased a dress that had a defective zipper so I attempted to return it but they refused because it was not returned within their 30 day policy for returns. She never wore the dress and it was for a wedding that was at a later date. THE DRESS WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE MANUFACTURER! THE 30 DAY POLICY SHOULD NOT MATTER. ZARA... read more
