I am writing to report a concerning culture of unprofessionalism at this location. The manager’s conduct suggests a precedent that rude treatment of customers is acceptable. This lack of basic service standards from leadership is disappointing and has negatively impacted my experience with your brand.
The girl in the women’s department fitting room was very helpful and extremely beautiful. I believe her name is Helen. Corporate should really give her a raise.
