The most horrible customer service I've ever had, apparently they don't even tell you their name so you cant report them. I did make a phone call to corporate though and I'm on it. Be sure you really like what you buy there cause they don't like to exchange your return.
I rarely leave negative reviews because I run a business and understand how often things can go wrong—but this location has a consistent pattern of disorganization, and this experience was beyond frustrating. I pre-ordered and prepaid for a dress at Zara specifically to avoid issues.
