I picked up a package from this store and tried to return an items within lease a week because it wasn’t my size. The staff refused the return, claiming the items smelled of smoke and cigarettes. The employee was rude and dismissive ,she insisted she could smell it, turned her face away when I disagreed, and refused to process the return. I purchased several items from this location for a vacation, and one of the beaded tops I purchased fell apart and started losing the beads within the first 2 minutes of trying it on. I returned to the store as soon as possible, and after waiting in line for 15 minutes to finally reach the cashier, I explained that I understood that I was 4 days past the 30-day return window, so i understand if a refund cannot be issued, but hoped that at least I could do an exchange or get store credit since the pricy item was defective and... read more
Large format store, great selection of clothing
FYI They close their fitting rooms well before the mall closes. It would have been good to know before I walked in 30 mins before closing.
