The guy and the check out with a ponytail, saying his manager is really the worst.
Horrible customer service, absolutely horrible. Not a single smile on any of their store associates. Not helpful in any way. Forget Zara and buy elsewhere anywhere.
Zara Natick Mall. Service is very slow, especially during busy hours. Staff show little urgency despite long lines.
