Came to Zara Baybrook around noon yesterday for quick men’s shopping (I had driven very far). I picked many items to try on at once and asked a young Hispanic staff member with long straight black hair if I could leave them hanging inside the fitting room and come back shortly. She clearly acknowledged they belonged to me, hadn’t been tried on yet, and that I’d be back soon. I stepped away for a little over 5 minutes. First time I came to this clothing store told my husband that I was only going to look at the clothes they have there, we'll I Loved it came out buying several outfits, price was right and all the staff members were so helpful and respectful, I really recommend this clothing store, not disappointed what so ever
Worst customer service I have dealt with period. They are making jump thru hoops to get my refund! I will never shop here again. It is just cheap clothes with a high price tag. On top of that the ac didn’t even work while I was there. Never again.
Worst customer service ever. Came in here Friday night, and the manager (Hispanic guy with glasses) didn’t honor the price of the cologne that was on the shelf. The tester and the bottle (the bottle in the package was more expensive) were different prices. Of course no one was around to help, so I waited in line to be told he couldn’t honor the price that was clearly there for everyone to see. Definitely recommend shopping online because the customer experience ain’t there!
