Worst customer service ever. Came in here Friday night, and the manager (Hispanic guy with glasses) didn’t honor the price of the cologne that was on the shelf. The tester and the bottle (the bottle in the package was more expensive) were different prices. Of course no one was around to help, so I waited in line to be told he couldn’t honor the price that was clearly there for everyone to see. Definitely recommend shopping online because the customer experience ain’t there!
I bought an item that was too small for a family member at Christmas time. I had already spent a nice amount of money at this store. Due to being 1 day past the 30 day return or exchange policy they refused to return product or exchange or even give a store credit. Manager and the customer service representative were horribly rude and offered no assistance with keeping the customer happy. They will never get a penny from me again!
My wife tried this clothing store out, due to my son wanting items from Zara. The clothing was a Christmas gift which we received before Christmas but they were not tried on until Christmas day. This was an online order and my wife did not get a receipt of any form (email/Print out). My wife placed another order for other items in which she received an email receipt and the order with no issues. VERY poor customer service. I requested for paper receipt since I did not receive the receipt thru text message. They said wait for it, and after 15 minutes, I did not receive any. They wont issue a paper receipt because the cashier is “lazy” to call the manager to print receipt. What the hell!
