I hate to rate anything less than perfect, but here we go. The whole returns-and-exchange process is the worst. On purpose, they make it hard to do it. You have to go to the second floor, wait for the cashier to put it on a hanger, and then wait for a manager to authorize it. Just crazy! I have no idea why @inditex is the largest beyond their great selection. Defo the worst processes. Not geared to customers, just sales! I found the same thing in Europe. Just consistently bad. only one cashier !! they made self checkout but worthless
Y’all need to update the info on your app. The Collection Point for online pick up is upstairs in the Men’s fitting room — not Women’s. Waited for an associate to finish helping 2-3 customers before telling me that I needed to go upstairs. Wasted 20min when I could’ve had my order — I had to wait another 20min at the checkout to receive my package.
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Zara due entirely to the staff and their lack of customer service. My visit was on the evening of February 15. I went into the store to pick up a perfume after receiving not one, not two, but THREE pickup reminder emails saying it was ready.
