Went shopping there on Sunday - The woman at the fitting room desk was on her phone and directed me to a changeroom. Within 10 seconds she opened the curtain (without warning) as my shirt was off to tell me someone else was in there and he just stepped out. No warning! Imagine if a guy did that to a woman there?
Rude Manager and staff, they are not respectful
I struggle with confidence, and I'm a bit shy. But this store is the worst place with the worst staff. Stay away
Had a really good experience at Zara thanks to John! He helped me out on the floor finding a style that suited me and honestly had really good fashion sense. He gave great suggestions without being pushy and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely appreciated the help!
I had a great experience at Zara! The worker Cat was beyond helpful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m extremely grateful for her kind soul and pretty face!!
