Found really cute clothes here
This is easily one of the worst Zara locations I've been to when it comes to customer service. The man working the returns and exchanges counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. He acted as if customers were inconveniencing him simply by asking for help, making it seem like he was being forced to do his job. If he dislikes dealing with customers that much, he shouldn't be in a customer-facing position. Basic courtesy and respect are the bare minimum, and unfortunately, neither was shown during my visit.
